🚀 New Features

  • [Wallet] Supports balance alerts. Users can set a threshold balance and receive notifications when available cash drops below this value.
  • [Quota Management] Supports cost quotas for sub-accounts, allowing limitation of maximum spendable amounts; supports top-up/deduction for sub-accounts; supports restricting and shutting down services when the quota is exhausted.
